My mom was at Skye Canyon for 3 weeks and she was treated with care and kindness during her stay. Her favorite caregivers were Abraham and Vicente and I appreciate all those who took the time to chat with her during their busy day as that was a huge part of her recovery. James from the administrative staff would check on her daily to make sure her needs were being met. When our family would visit, we loved spending time with Wild Bill, their tortoise who lives in the courtyard – such a special touch for patients and their visitors!

We needed to find a place for my FIL to transfer to after his hospital discharge. We toured a couple of places and decided on SCPA. They have been so awesome since day one! From CNA’s, RN’s, everyone involved with his physical and mental recovery have been amazing. It gives us peace of mind knowing he is in good hands. We know we made the right decision choosing Skye Canyon Post Acute.

My dad is currently being treated at sky cannon actuate care. In the 2 weeks he’s been at this facility. CNA’s like Megan, Mel, Alexis, and another kind young CNA who her name scapes me at the moment, and director of nursing Nannette and her assistant Caroline, Annabelle case manager, therapist and care staff danino have been very kind and supportive of my father’s plight with his cancer. He was diagnosed with rectal cancer 2 years ago. The past 10 months after his completion with chemotherapy he had developed a severe case of neuropathy and muscle atrophy. He was placed in this facility to helped him recover and regain his strength to continue with his rehabilitation to take on the next phase of his cancer treatment. I can thank enough to these group of professional healthcare workers that make my dad push through to get better and motivate him to leave walking out from there and go to the next stage of treatment. Thank you for your support Anthony Amezcua

You have one of the BEST CNA working for you She is a very young girl her name is Serenity My mom loved the way she treated her My mom didn’t want to leave your facility She loved the food and the nurses there Except one African American nurse at night My mom said she was very rude and never gave her medicine on time and the nurse lied saying that my mom got her Percocet already My mom was so mad that she started crying. my mom told her Iam not crazy I know you didn’t give it to me The head nurse had to be called in to take care of the situation Just be careful with the night nurses they maybe taking the pain medicine for themselves That’s the only thing that went wrong at your facility was that night nurse I can’t remember her name but it should be on her record The reason I chose your facility was because you had a 5 star and it was worth it My mom was very happy there Except for the night nurse
